Matt originally hails from London, Ontario, but has called Toronto home for the past 20 years. During that time, he has built successful careers as a dancer and actor in film, television, and stage, as well as in hospitality. Alongside these passions, Matt has spent the past 14 years caring for, walking, and training dogs.
After years of working with animals and developing a deep passion for their wellbeing, Matt founded Fetch n Follow. His goal is to provide reliable, friendly, safe, and engaging walks, training, and pet care for animals of all shapes and sizes. As the proud owner of a Golden Retriever, Matt understands how important positive, dependable pet care is for families.
Matt is Pet First Aid Certified, insured and bonded, and has completed the Karen Pryor Academy (KPA) Professional Dog Trainer Foundations Course. He is currently enrolled in the KPA Professional Dog Trainer Certification program and expects to be fully certified in 2027. He plans to continue expanding his expertise through advanced certifications in service dog training and animal training for film and television.

Step One: Complete Our Contact Form
Tell us a little about you, your pet, and the services you’re looking for. We’ll review your information and be in touch.
Step Two: Meet & Greet
We’ll schedule a complimentary meet & greet to get to know you, meet your pet, and answer any questions before services begin.
Step Three: Download the Time To Pet App
Once you’re registered, we’ll invite you to Time To Pet, where you can manage bookings, request services, receive visit updates and photos, communicate with our team, and access invoices.
